Instructions for Regular Use |
0. Let the machine stand still for ca. 12-24 hours before first use. |
Instructions for Regular Use |
1. If the ADD WATER alert persists despite sufficient water, check for a stuck white float valve in the main compartment. If ADD WATER alerts after a long period of working, it's recommended to add water and activate the self-clean mode first to prevent ice accumulation and blockage in the ice-making assembly's water inlet. |
Instructions for Regular Use |
2. When the ICE FULL indicator turns red, follow these steps: 1) MOST RECOMMENDED: Empty the ice basket immediately to prevent the ice-making assembly from being frozen due to melted ice water. 2) If unable to remove ice promptly, avoid pressing any buttons. Let the machine stay in WORKING MODE for automatic restart, ensuring melted ice drains properly. Failure to follow may lead to excess water leakage onto your countertop. |
Instructions for Regular Use |
3. The ice maker is by definition not a freezing machine, it cannot keep the ice frozen for a very long time despite the insulated design. Better use the ice asap or keep them in a freezing machine. |
Instructions for Regular Use |
4. Recommendation: Use pure water or water with TDS below 50 to make ice nuggets. If pure water is hard to access, find the suitable water type for you in 5th instruction. |
Instructions for Regular Use |
5. Tap water: easy to obtain, forms ice well, taste not the best, easy to form scale, needs to be cleaned with a solution more frequently. Boiled water: not easy to obtain(needs time to boil and cool), forms ice well, not easy to form scale. Spring/Mineral water: tastes good, easy to form scale, needs to be cleaned with a solution more frequently. Pure water: makes clearer ice, much more difficult to form ice due to less air in the water. |
Instructions for Regular Use |
6. This ice maker only works with 120V electricity, make sure to check your outlet’s power voltage before using the product if you are NOT in the US. |
Instructions for Regular Clean |

Instructions for Regular Clean |
2. Drain all water from both the upper and lower tanks of the machine. |
Instructions for Regular Clean |
3. Add about 1 liter of warm water at approximately 95°F (35°C) to a container. Dissolve around 5g of citric acid in the water. If the cleaning results are not satisfying, adjust the volume of citric acid as needed next time. Stir the solution thoroughly until completely dissolved. |
Instructions for Regular Clean |
4. Pour the prepared solution into the upper water tank of the machine. Turn on the machine and let it make ice. |
Instructions for Regular Clean |
5. Wait until all the water in the upper tank has been made into ice nuggets. Discard all the produced ice. |
Instructions for Regular Clean |
6. Refill the upper tank with clean water and let the machine make ice again. This will flush and clean the internal components. |
